Custom Snatch Block

Bear Equipment manufactures custom snatch blocks to meet your most demanding rigging needs.

This snatch block has a precision-machined 30″ diameter steel sheave grooved for 18mm cable and is rated for 3 tons.

Fabrication process includes machining side frames and spacer plate in our vertical mill.

The sheave is then machined in our large vertical CNC lathe.

The block is assembled and includes a swivel for self-adjusting to various load directions.

The sheave utilizes sealed bearings for lifetime lubrication and zero maintenance.
